In 2017 Nolan undertook his first development project in Queensland and has subsequently delivered a number of multi-dwelling residential projects. In 2023, after a corporate career spanning three decades, Nolan made the transition to full time Property Development. 

With a deep appreciation of form and function in Architectural Design, Nolan is highly focused on bringing to market high quality residences in key locations across NSW.

Sharon is the powerhouse behind the research and administration of Aveline Property and also happens to share Nolan's love of great design.
