Search, Negotiation, Property Development Management

Nolan has been involved in property in various aspects for over 30 years, from his time as an Estate Agent in the late 80’s and early 90’s in the UK to building a property investment portfolio, earning a Cert IV in Real Estate and acting as a Buyer’s Agent, to the past few years with Nolan transitioning into Property Development and Development Management.

With a passion for Architecture and design Nolan is extremely passionate about creating buildings and spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. 

This is the Aveline property North star.

Research and Administration

Sharon  is  the  powerhouse  behind  the  research  and  administration  of  Aveline  Property and  also happens  to share  Nolan's love of great design.
