In 2017, Nolan embarked on his first development project in South East Queensland as a small-scale trial to explore the intricacies of property development, assess his genuine enjoyment of the entire process, and evaluate the potential for a significant and fulfilling full-time career shift into this dynamic field, leaving behind a successful career spanning over 25 years in Business and Technology leadership.

Since that initial project, he has successfully delivered over a dozen multi-dwelling residential projects, working both with his own company and on behalf of various other Developers and Clients in the industry.

With a deep and nuanced appreciation of both form and function in Architectural Design, Nolan remains highly focused on bringing to market exceptional high-quality residences in key locations throughout New South Wales.
